SSO Troubleshooting Guide
This guide focuses on common pitfalls when configuring SSO within the FileCloud product.
- Getting the error "An internal error has occurred while processing your request" when trying to login via SSO.
- If using a custom port for your FileCloud server URL
- Getting error "CLFC-00004 0"
- Logout URL not working
- Login loop with SSO enabled. This error can occur if using managed encrypted storage
- Error when using OneLogin - Internal error has occurred
- Issue with MS teams integration
- Multiple IdPs enabled on FileCloud. This issue can occur if using multiple IdPs on the FileCloud instance.
- Cannot enable SSO. This requires a certain license type on your FileCloud instance.
- If using an older version FileCloud, switching to classic UI may be needed to configure SSO properly
