How to register an account
As of June 23rd 2025 FileCloud support has migrated support sites. With that there are a few issues and things you need to do in order to open up a new ticket.
To register:
- Navigate to My Tickets in the top right to go to our customer portal
- Accounts were not migrated over. From there you will need to register your email address.
- This email will come from noreply@filecloud.com
- You will then have to verify that via email
To reset your password:
- Navigate to My Tickets in the top right to go to our customer portal
- From there select forgot password
- This email will come from noreply@hubspot.com
- Alternatively, you can send a password-less link. This email will come from noreply@filecloud.com
To open up a ticket:
- While inside My Tickets you will can click Create a ticket
- From there fill out the forms needed

Please check spam filters or spam devices to ensure emails are not getting blocked.
