Cannot Edit SSO SAML Settings

Original Question or Issue:

SSO SAML Settings are greyed out


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Online
  • Version - 23.242
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Open FileCloud Admin Portal > Settings > SSO > SAML


Error or Log Message:

Cannot edit SAML Settings


Defect or Enhancement Number:

 


Cause:

 


Resolution or Workaround:

As a workaround, please click on the three dots in the upper right corner and switch to classic UI.  Then, you'll be able to edit and save the SAML settings.
