SPLA License expire each 30 days

All the tenant licenses expire in our FileCloud platform every 30 days.

FileCloud multitenant platform.

Error or Log Message:

Cannot login to the FileCloud User Interface.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Misconfiguration.

Resolution or Workaround:

SPLA licenses require monthly renewal initiated from your FileCloud platform.

The FileCloud web nodes must be able to contact the FileCloud Customer portal URL:
