SPLA license - Invalid License Host

Original Question or Issue:

A tenant has been set up last week, licensed and everything was fine. Now when i login into that tenat, I get prompted to add a license again.

Steps to Reproduce:

Multi-tenant platform without internet and DNS resolution.

Error or Log Message:

Invalid License Host

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

The FileCloud Web nodes are not able to connect to portal.getfilecloud.com.

Missing DNS entries for the tenant.

Resolution or Workaround:

You should add an entry in the /etc/hosts file or use a DNS server.
Allow the web node to connect to the FileCloud customer portal portal.getfilecloud.com port 443.
