Email ID already in use when adding a new user

Original Question or Issue:

When adding a new user to the admin portal the error "Email ID already in use" will appear. 


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any

Cause:

 


Resolution or Workaround:

  • If no other users have the email ID, check if the email ID is used under Settings > Team Folders > Manage?
  • Either change the email address for the TeamFolder account or use a different email address for the new user account.
