Email ID already in use when adding a new user
Original Question or Issue:
When adding a new user to the admin portal the error "Email ID already in use" will appear.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - Any
- Platform - Any

The below error message when trying to add a new user:

Cause:
Resolution or Workaround:
- If no other users have the email ID, check if the email ID is used under Settings > Team Folders > Manage?
- Either change the email address for the TeamFolder account or use a different email address for the new user account.
