We would like to inform you of a service disruption affecting FileCloud sites due to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) service interruption in the hosting me-central-1 Middle East (UAE) and me-south-1 Middle East (Bahrain) region

What is happening?

AWS is currently experiencing service issues in the region where FileCloud server is hosted. As a result, the affected availability zone became temporarily unreachable, which may have caused your site to be unavailable.

Who is impacted?

If your site is within the me-central-1 Middle East (UAE) and me-south-1 Middle East (Bahrain) regions, you may be impacted.  We have already alerted any and all customers who are impacted.

Who is not impacted?

Sites outside of those two regions.

What has been done so far?

Our team took immediate action to restore service as quickly and safely as possible:

  • Migrated your site to a healthy availability zone within the same AWS region
  • We are continuing to monitor the situation closely. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
