Account locked CLFC-00035

Original Question or Issue:

User cannot authenticate via web portal.  Same domain as other working users.  Added specifically as an individual user but no change in behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:  
Error or Log Message:  2025-06-04 10:15:12.975577 ERROR: [17490465125366] Unable to connect to AD server with XX username: account locked
2025-06-04 10:15:12.976845 ERROR: [17490465125366] Error has occurred when authenticating user `XX`, error: account locked.
2025-06-04 10:15:13.114150 DEBUG: [17490465125366] FAILED LOGIN: Invalid Username or Password

Resolution or Workaround:

Verify whether the account is locked in Active Directory. Additionally, double-check the username and password, or reset the password in Active Directory.
