FileCloud Desktop (FCD) macOS Compatibility issue with macOS Tahoe

Please be advised that FileCloud Desktop (FCD) for macOS version 23.241.38 and lower is not compatible with macOS Tahoe. Apple released macOS Tahoe on September 15, 2025.

If you rely on FCD, we strongly recommend that you do not upgrade to macOS Tahoe at this time. Our engineering team is actively working on a compatible release, and we will notify you once it is available.

Temporary Workarounds

  • Use the FileCloud Web Browser (User Portal) to continue accessing and managing your files.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver full support for macOS Tahoe.
