Workflow not working

Original Question or Issue:

The Workflow to clean up files that have not been modified in the last x days is not working.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Create and run the workflow "if file was not modified for specified days".

Error or Log Message:

Files are not deleted even if they match the condition.
