Workflow across multiple folders
Original Question or Issue:
Is it possible to run a workflow using "If file was not modified for specified days" across multiple folders?
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - Any
- Platform - Any

Resolution or Workaround:
Unfortunately, specifying multiple folders in a single workflow is not possible. A workaround you may use is targeting all the folders with the option "parent_folder_path_string": "/"
Please remember that using the root folder "/" will match all the users, including the Team folder user. Use this option with care.
Also, if the THEN action is to delete the files, you can use the parameter "excluded_users":"user1,user2,user3"
