WOPI preview of new files fails

Original Question or Issue:

Wopi preview in FileCloud web user interface is failing.

Steps to Reproduce:

Heuristic engine workflow enabled.

Error or Log Message:

can't preview new files.

Cause:

FCL-7130

Resolution or Workaround:

Temporarily disable the Heuristic engine workflow.

Notes:

Please note the issue was identified as a bug and our Development Team will fix it in FileCloud release 23.263.

Please note that the release notes will list the fix as FCL-7130.
