What's New: March 2026 Updates - Signority
This article covers the latest updates to Signority released in March 2026, including an updated Upload page and a redesigned Recipients page. The features themselves remain the same — this release focuses on an improved layout and a more intuitive experience when preparing and sending documents.
Upload Page
The Upload page has been refreshed with a cleaner layout. The main change is the location of the upload options.
The Auto-tag from Anchor Text and Import PDF Form Fields toggles have moved from the right panel (where they previously sat below the Template Overlay button) to directly below the file drop zone. This keeps all upload-related controls together in one place before you begin uploading.
Recipients Page
The Recipients page has been redesigned with several layout and behavioral changes. The core workflow is the same, but settings are better organized and recipient configurations are more visible throughout the process.
Notification & Email Settings
Notification Delivery, Recipient Notifications Language, Invitation Email Subject, and Custom Message have all moved from below the recipients list into the right-hand panel, where they now appear at the top above Recipient Reminders and Page View Evidence. This keeps the main area focused on your recipient list while document-level settings are grouped together in the panel.
Adding Recipients
Recipient type options such as Add Multiple Recipients and Add Encrypted Stamp Recipient have been consolidated into a single split button next to the Add Recipient button. Click the dropdown arrow to access the full list of recipient types. Add Me remains as a standalone button.
Recipient Settings Behavior
The way per-recipient settings such as authentication and private messages are displayed has been updated.
Previously, collapsing a settings dropdown would hide it entirely. An active setting was indicated only by a blue icon on the recipient row.
In the updated UI, collapsing a setting keeps the section title visible even when the content is hidden, so you can always see at a glance which settings are configured for each recipient. A section is only fully removed if all options within it are disabled or if you click the Remove button. The exception is Advanced Settings, which are accessed via the ellipsis (···) menu and can still be fully shown or hidden without leaving a persistent title.
