Video Preview gets stuck

Original Question or Issue:

Playing Video Files in the Web Portal sometimes gets stuck and can't be resumed.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Stream a video from Web User Interface or a Public Share, and rewind the video multiple times

Error or Log Message:

Videos freezing, unable to be resumed

Defect or Enhancement Number:

CL-15209

Cause:

The issue was identified as a bug that affects pre-signed URLs in Amazon S3 buckets

Resolution or Workaround:

Please note CL-15209 bug will be fixed in next FileCloud patch release 23.241.2
