Users with view-only permission cannot preview Office files

Environment:

Product - FileCloud Server
Version - Any
Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

Preview Failed : The share configuration does not allow preview-download permission is not enabled

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Resolution or Workaround:

Enable Document Converter in the Admin Portal → Preview Settings.
Ensure the “Document Preview” service is running in the FileCloud Control Panel.
Install LibreOffice, as it is required for the Document Converter to function properly.
