Users get disconnected after entering credentials

Original Question or Issue:

Users are immediately logged out from FileCloud User Interface after successfully entering credentials.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

Users are logged out from FileCloud User interface after entering correct credentials

IP Mismatch Detected: Timeout is 0 for : x.x.x.x DB IP: x.x.x.x

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Issue is commonly seen for FileCloud Customers having their site publicly accessible from the Internet.
Please note this is related to Internet network routing changes for those users while browsing FileCloud public URL.

Resolution or Workaround:

Connect to FileCloud Admin Portal > Settings > Misc > General > Select Disable IP Check box then Save.
