Unload core from SOLR admin UI through tunneling (Filecloud Linux)

Original Question or Issue:

When looking at the solr config status it says "Solr not configured." However, if when trying to configure it, an error pops up stating "Core with name 'fccore' already exists.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

 

Error or Log Message:

   Core with name 'fccore' already exists.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

 

Resolution or Workaround:

  •  Open the session in putty, change the tunnel settings and login

  • Browse SOLR admin page with  http://127.0.0.1:8983
  • Click on Core admin, then click on Unload, you can use the screenshot for reference.

  • Try to configure again with Filecloud admin UI
