Unable to rename or delete folders containing a colon (:) in the folder name.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create or upload a folder containing : in the folder name.

• Attempt to rename or delete the folder through the FileCloud interface.

Error or Log Message:

• Failed deleting with message [Invalid file name.]
• Reason: Rename File Failed

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

• Colon (:) is an invalid character in FileCloud folder names.

• Existing folders containing invalid characters may prevent normal rename and delete operations through the FileCloud interface.

Resolution or Workaround:

• Contact FileCloud Support for assistance with correcting folder names containing invalid characters.

• A direct database update may be required to resolve the issue.
