Unable to open or downlaod any PDF files.


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.253
  • Platform - Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

 


Error or Log Message:

CLFC-02005-02006 Preview watermark failed. Contact site administrator(Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 8080 after 2001ms: Could not connect to server.)

Resolution or Workaround:

Ensure OpenJDK 17 version has been installed, after upgrading FileCloud Server from version 23.251 or below.
