Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Open an email containing a PDF attachment.
- Drag and drop the PDF attachment into a FileCloud Drive folder in Windows File Explorer.
- Observe that the operation fails or an error is displayed.

Cause:
The issue was caused by an outdated version of FileCloud Drive. The installed client was not functioning correctly when handling drag-and-drop operations from Microsoft Outlook.
Resolution or Workaround:
- Upgrade FileCloud Drive to the latest available version.
- Reset the user's FileCloud Drive credentials and sign in again.
- Verify that drag-and-drop from Outlook to the FileCloud Drive folder works as expected.
After performing the upgrade and reauthentication, the drag-and-drop functionality was restored.
