Unable to disable user accounts

Disabling user accounts triggers a “Bad Request” error

Defect or Enhancement Number:

FCL-6838

Cause:

The validator for the "Password Expires On" field enforces that the date is valid and configured in the future. When this condition is not met, the validation blocks updates to all user fields, including the Access Level.

Resolution or Workaround:

Verify the value in the "Password Expires On" field. If it is set to a past date, either clear the field or update it to a future date.
