Steps to Reproduce:
Error or Log Message:
The email provided belongs to your server domain or is associated with over 10% of user accounts and cannot be used for external accounts
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
Domain limitations for external accounts
Resolution or Workaround:
The error is caused by a domain limitation introduced in FileCloud version 22.1. If an external user's email domain matches the domain used by at least 10% of licensed users, FileCloud prevents the creation of new external accounts for that domain.
