Unable to Access Admin Portal After All Admin Accounts Disabled
Original Question or Issue:
An administrator may become locked out of the Admin Portal if all admin accounts are accidentally disabled. Currently, there is no fail-safe mechanism in the Admin Portal to prevent all admin roles from being unchecked, which can result in complete loss of administrative access.

- Platform - Linux
Steps to Reproduce:
Error or Log Message:

Admin Portal login fails or redirects without access

No visible error indicating recovery options

No fail-safe warning preventing removal of all admin users
Defect or Enhancement Number:
No JIRA assigned
Cause:

All admin roles were removed manually

The system currently does not enforce a safeguard to ensure at least one active admin remains
Resolution or Workaround:

Contact FileCloud Support

Request a master admin account reset

Provide approval from the licensed email address associated with your FileCloud instance

Once verified, Support will:

Reset the master admin account

Provide updated credentials to regain access

Only the registered license owner email can authorize the reset

Ensure at least one active admin account is always maintained
