The Allow anyone with link option appears to be disabled

Original Question or Issue:

Users do not appear to have the option to create shares with the “Allow anyone with link” setting. Verification confirms that all relevant user policies have Share Mode set to All Shares, and the Disallow Default Share Settings option is not enabled.

Verify whether the Public shares must be password protected option is enabled in the Admin Portal.

Setting location: Admin Portal > Settings > Misc > Share > Public shares must be password protected.

If enabled, disable the option.
