Sync not opening on user profile

Original Question or Issue:

The FileCloud Sync application is not opening when accessed under a user’s normal profile. 


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Sync Windows
  • Version - 23.241.1
  • Platform - Windows

Cause:

 


Resolution or Workaround:

Rename the Sync Folder located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\FileCloudSync and restart the application.
