Cause:

 

Resolution or Workaround:

Disable the **Show the IdP login screen** option in the SAML SSO settings (**Admin Portal > Settings > SSO**) to display the standard FileCloud login page instead of automatically redirecting users to Microsoft Entra ID.

This configuration allows:

• Local FileCloud users to sign in with FileCloud credentials

• SAML users to authenticate through Microsoft Entra ID using the **SSO Login** option on the login page

Also, confirm that **Admin Portal > Customisation > General > Login > Show SSO Link** is enabled so the SSO sign-in option is available on the FileCloud login page.
