SSL Certificate Renewal in FileCloud On-Prem Environments (Behind Reverese Proxy)

Original Question or Issue:

Our wildcard certificate *.filecloudurl.com expired today. We have re-installed the new certificate in the Filecloud Control Panel, but the website https://filecloudurl.com still displays the old certificate.

Do we need to take any further steps to ensure that the website displays the new certificate?

Cause:

The customer wasn't aware that their SSL Certificate should also be updated in their Reverse Proxy.

Resolution or Workaround:

• Updated the SSL certificate as well in their Reverse Proxy
