Solr service unavailable mail notification

Original Question or Issue:

Solr service not running message notification however no issues with any services were noticed

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.253
• Platform - any

Steps to Reproduce:

Access and verify if http://ipaddress:8983 can be accessed successfully

Error or Log Message:

Solr service unavailable notifications

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Content Search is not working as expected

Resolution or Workaround:

Make sure the HTTP port is open and the content search configuration is updated correctly and using the right version accordingly
