Solr configuration after upgrade

Original Question or Issue:

Solr heap size memory and IP binding were not maintained after FileCloud upgrade.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.262
  • Platform - Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade FileCloud High Availability.

Error or Log Message:

Solr configuration not maintained.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

Wrong procedure.

Resolution or Workaround:

Follow the official procedure: Install Content Search for Linux | FileCloud Help.

Notes:

 Do not copy the filecloudcp installer from the web node.
