I am having trouble logging into my Signority account - Signority
Common Causes
- Incorrect username or password error
- Forgotten password
- "You are not logged in" error message
- Company login (SSO) issue
Solutions
Incorrect username or password error
Login errors are often caused by small typing mistakes or keyboard settings. Usernames and passwords must be entered exactly as they were created. If login attempts fail, ensure the correct email address is being used and that the Caps Lock key is not enabled. One way to confirm this is by typing text into a new browser tab or text editor to verify whether letters appear in uppercase. Once corrected, retry logging in to Signority.Forgotten password
If a password has been forgotten, it can be reset using the Forgot Password option on the login page.
- Select "Forgot Password."
- Enter the email address associated with you account.
- We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- If you have 2FA enabled, you may be required to complete the 2FA to reset your password.
- Once your password has been reset, you can retry logging into your Signority account using your new credentials.
"You are not logged in" error message
If the login page continuously displays a "You are not logged in" message, the issue is commonly related to stored browser data. Browsers save cached files and cookies to improve performance, but outdated or corrupted data can prevent Signority from recognizing an active login session.
Clearing the browser cache and cookies removes this stored data and often resolves the issue. After clearing the cache, the browser should be fully closed and reopened before attempting to log in again.
Company Login (SSO) Issues
If you access Signority using your organization’s login or a single sign-on (SSO) service, login problems can occur when company credentials are updated or when an authentication session times out. Because SSO settings are managed by your organization’s Identity Provider, Signority does not have visibility into or control over those configurations. Your organization’s Signority administrator will have knowledge of the required setup. For initial troubleshooting, please reach out to your internal IT team.
