Restrict access to the admin portal only from specific IP addresses

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.253
  • Platform - any

Cause:

 

Resolution or Workaround:

Log into the admin portal > Smart DLP > add new rule with the following condition [ replace the IP address with the actual IP ]

((_request.isAdminLogin && _request.remoteIp != 'ip address'))

DLP action > verify once with deny and once with allow for the same condition
