Resolution or Workaround:
A promoted admin can successfully reset the Main Admin TOTP configuration once. Any subsequent attempt to reset the Main Admin TOTP results in a generic error message.
As a workaround, after the initial reset, complete the TOTP setup for the Main Admin account by scanning the QR code and entering the verification code. After successful authentication with the newly configured TOTP, the Reset Main Admin TOTP action can be performed successfully again by a promoted admin, if needed.
