Print Button Not Working – Tooltip / CSP Issue

Original Question or Issue:

Users are unable to use the 'native' print option to print PDFs

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.253
  • Platform - Windows and Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

 

Error or Log Message:

 

Defect or Enhancement Number:

FCL-6827

Cause:

The hovering tooltip appears too close to the Print button and intercepts the click event, preventing the button from triggering the print action.

Resolution or Workaround:

  • Update the .htaccess file to allow blob: in the CSP policy

  • A permanent fix is scheduled to be included in: Filecloud Server version 23.261
