Password reset request on SSO login
Original Question or Issue:
We currently cannot log into filecloud using SSO, we are seeing a change password request upon login.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - 23.262
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:

Resolution or Workaround:
Check from the Admin Portal whether the users profiles have the setting "Change Password on Login" enabled?
This can be seen from the Admin Portal > Users > Edit User.
If you don't see the option to deselect "Change Password on Login" you may need to set the "Creation Source" from SSO to default.
If you're seeing an error with bad request, please check if there is a password expiry in place.
Please set this to a future date.
