Online Customer Audit and Database Backups

Are audit log archives and database backups available to FileCloud Online customers?

Direct access to server logs and database backups is restricted to the FileCloud OnlineOps team. However, daily backups are performed for all hosted instances, retained for 90 days, and audit logs remain accessible to administrators through the Admin Portal.

How can administrators access audit logs?

Audit logs are available directly in the FileCloud Admin Portal. Navigate to Admin UI > Misc > Audit to review them.
