Office temporary files

Original Question or Issue:

Temporary files created when opening an Office file are systematically uploaded with FileCloud Sync and then deleted when the file is closed.

Would there be a way to block these temporary files from being processed/viewed by the FileCloud Sync application?

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Sync
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Desktop Edit an Office file.

Error or Log Message:

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Microsoft Office generates those temporary files.

Resolution or Workaround:

Please note that this is the expected behavior; Microsoft Office generates those temporary files and we handle them as is.

This is by design from FileCloud and Microsoft.
