Notification Override Not Working for “Add New User to Share”

Original Question or Issue:

Add New User To Share Email Template not set for all the banking tenants.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.253
  • Platform - Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

The issue was related to the custom email template configured for the “Add New User to Share” event. The template configuration was affecting how notifications were triggered and handled.

Resolution or Workaround:

The custom email template for “Add New User to Share” was reviewed and updated.

After updating the template, the notification functionality began working as expected.
