Original Question or Issue:

Network share creation fails when %USERID% is used in the Mount Path. 

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to Admin Portal → Network Folders → Add.
• Select Local Area Network.
• Configure a network folder using %USERID% in the Mount Path.

Error or Log Message:

Invalid path specified. The path does not exist. 

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Smart Mount Path was not selected during network share configuration. 

Resolution or Workaround:

• Select Smart Mount Path when creating the network folder.
• Configure the Mount Path using %USERID%.
