MongoDB version for FileCloud 23.253

Original Question or Issue:

We are using Filecloud release 23.253 and MongoDB version 6 and we want to upgrade MongoDB to version 8. Is that possible? 

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.253
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Separate FileCloud and MongoDB nodes.

Error or Log Message:

Error in Admin Portal > Checks

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Partial FileCloud platform upgrade.

Resolution or Workaround:

Please note that the MongoDB version is tied to your current FileCloud release. You must be running MongoDB 7 starting from FileCloud release 23.242:

Notes:

MongoDB version 8 is not supported yet.
