Missing Group in Admin Portal (Groups)

Original Question or Issue:

Hi support, our team receive a report that a group (_SCE_CESB_ADMIN_GP) was missing from the admin portal. Our team would like to know is there any history or audit log which we can be able to trace why the group had been deleted.


Environment:

  • Version - 
  • Platform - Windows, Linux, MacOS

Cause:

Based on the audit record, the group _SCE_CESB_ADMIN_GP was successfully renamed to SCE_CESB_for_Student_Members_ADMIN_GP.

  • The group continues to exist under the same ID, retaining its members and settings.
