Metadata not downloading with error

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

When accessing the metadata URL (https://YOURDOMAIN.com/simplesaml/module.php/saml/sp/metadata.php/default-sp) an error will appear in the scratch logs. 

Error or Log Message:

2025-01-30 11:12:04.473586 ERROR: [17382319243773] CLFC-00004 0 | "givenName" must be a string and cannot be empty. |

Please ensure the following setting isn't empty:

 
Admin Portal > Settings > Email > Email Reply To Name

Notes:
