Large files download using Web browser
Original Question or Issue:
The customer is attempting to download all his files and folders and is experiencing disconnections during large downloads.

- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Downloading very large files using the FileCloud web user interface.
Error or Log Message:
File wasn't available on site
Out of storage space
Network Error
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
Web browsers are designed for browsing and are not reliable for downloading very large files.
Resolution or Workaround:
Use the FileCloud client applications, like Sync and Desktop.
