Cause:

Missing key index for criticalsectionstore document

Resolution or Workaround:

Force the reindexing of the DB, to do so: 

-Clear the criticalsectionstore

- Run the cron from the Admin Portal >>  Misc >> General

Or run dump/restore with -noIndexRestore, but this might take time
