Cause:
Resolution or Workaround:
A confirmed bug in FileCloud version 23.242 was resolved in FileCloud version 23.251. Until upgrade completion, use the following workaround:
- In the Admin Portal, go to Settings.
- In the top-right corner, select
and Switch to classic view.
- Navigate to Settings → Policies.
- Edit the relevant Policy.
- Open the User tab.
- Set Create account on new user share to No and click Save.
- Change Create account on new user share back to Yes and click Save again.
