Invalid shares are displayed when accessing the shared link
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server/Online
- Version - Any
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Public Share
- Disable the User that created the share

Cause:
When a user is disabled, the shares created by that user will also be inaccessible.
Resolution or Workaround:
Re-enable the user
