Install Check error

Original Question or Issue:

Getting an error message: "An internal error has occurred while processing your request." when clicking "Install Check" in the web admin portal or in FileCloud Control Panel.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Moving the install folder away from the webroot directory.

Error or Log Message:

An internal error has occurred while processing your request.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

Expected behavior.

Resolution or Workaround:

Move the install folder back to the webroot directory.

Notes:

Linux: /var/www/html/install

Windows: <Drive_Letter>:\xampp\htdocs\install
