Resolution or Workaround:

To increase user storage quota, open the Admin Portal and follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Policies.
• Choose the policy assigned to the user.
• Click the General tab.
• Update the User Storage Quota value.
• Click Save to apply the changes.
