Generate Logs is empty

Original Question or Issue:

Generate Logs feature in Admin Portal outputs an empty download.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Disable phpinfo function.

Error or Log Message:

CLFC-00004 | Call to undefined function phpinfo().

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

phpinfo function disabled as security measure.

Resolution or Workaround:

Please note this is not an issue since you'll be able to download FileCloud log and configuration files from the server.
