Folders in FileCloud web UI load very slowly

Original Question or Issue:

Folders in the FileCloud web user interface loads very slowly, but the Desktop application works fine.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.253
• Platform - Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

Two minutes to load a thumb image.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Thumb files.

Resolution or Workaround:

Disable the thumb files images from the Admin portal > Settings > Misc > Preview.
