FileCloud Update tool failed

Original Question or Issue:

The FileCloud update tool is not able to rename the XAMPP directory and fails.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade the FileCloud application using the Windows update tool.

Error or Log Message:

Access to file denied: C:\xampp.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

The Windows user running the FileCloud update tool lacks permissions.

Some processes are still using the XAMPP folder.

Resolution or Workaround:

Run the FileCloud update tool as Administrator.
